Your Mac's notch, finally useful.

ClawdNotch turns the MacBook notch into a live space. Your music, sound, battery, files, and Claude Code in real time, with a little crab that works alongside it.

Free. macOS 14 or later, MacBook with a notch. Signed and notarized by Apple.

Recorded live on a MacBook Pro. No mockups.

Claude Code, live.

The crab walks while Claude works, raises a claw when it needs your permission, and jumps for joy when it's done. A banner lets you know, even when your terminal is hidden.

Running several sessions? They're all listed with their project, current action and elapsed time.

Your music, right there.

Artwork, title, progress and controls, whatever the source: Spotify, Music or your browser. Swipe sideways with two fingers to change tracks.

Sound, in color.

Apple's volume and brightness HUD is replaced by the notch. The bar goes from green to orange to red as the level rises.

A Sound tab lets you pick the audio output and microphone, and adjust volume, mic level and brightness.

Plugged in, connected, shown.

Charger plugged in, low battery, Low Power Mode, AirPods connecting with their battery level: the info shows up right where you're already looking.

Drag, drop, done.

Drag a file toward the notch and the tray opens on its own. Your files wait there, ready to drop somewhere else or send with AirDrop.

Two fingers down.

Swipe down with two fingers on the notch to open it, up to close it. On hover it swells just a little, with a light haptic tap.

Inside: your music, today's calendar, a quick note and your Claude sessions.
